How long has DonationHub been around for?

DonationHub is new in 2021 however is part of the larger Quickpay Group which has been around for 17 years. DonationHub has been in the works for many years and is now ready for launch. To find out more visit our About page.

Is DonationHub Australian?

Yes! Australian born and owned, the DonationHub Team is based out of our Group head Office in Melbourne.

Does DonationHub support the Charities?

Yes! Not only through attracting new Donors through DonationHub but the Quickpay Group has been supporting Charities for over 15 years, offering affordable and flexible payment Solutions. DonationHub also offers various Marketing and Fundriasing options that organisations can take advantage of as part of the DonationHub Family.

Are there any fees?

To make sure 100% of donations go toward the charity or nonprofit you've chosen, there is a small fee that the organisation sets. This is either a percentage (around 2%) or a fixed amount.

What organisations can I choose from?

Please register and log in or download the APP to see the list of organisations you can donate to. If your favorite organisation is not available please send us an email and we will do our best to add them to our DonationHub Family.

Are my details secure?

Yes, DonationHub’s sister Company PayChoice securely stores your details. Paychoice is certified PCI Complaint Level 1 and is based in Melbourne, Australia.

How can I update my personal details?

Log into the DonationHub app and select PROFILE to update any of your personal details.

How do I get started?

You can pre-register and get a $5 credit to donate to your favourite charity when we launch! We will send you an email letting you know when DonationHub is available.

We have an Australian support team to help you any time. For questions simply email support@donationhub.com.au and for billing or payment enquiries, reach out to our partner PayChoice.

How can my organisation join DonationHub?

What organisations can join DonationHub?

Any registered Charity or Not for Profit can lodge an application. Please complete our registration form and we will be in contact to discuss.

Are there any setup fees as an organisation to join?

There are no set up fees! Our aim is to not pass on any transaction fees to the organisations so that 100% of the donation goes directly to the Donora organisation of choice. We have a small monthly software subscription fee which includes a range of features and benefits for your organisation. You will only start paying after you have received your first Donation
